Danfoss has its own company plane for transporting employees and collecting/bringing guests who are coming to visit Danfoss. The plane has room for 12 passengers.
You can reserve a Danfoss plane or another plane by phoning 6166. Please note the following conditions as regards flying:
Passenger information
Name (as in passport), employee no., name of division and department no. must be quoted when ordering. In addition to this information, when flying to Switzerland, the UK, Ireland, Eastern Europe and overseas destinations, passport number, date of birth and nationality are also required.
Remember that you need a visa to fly to the USA.
Meeting place
At Sønderborg Airport you must go to reception at Air Alsie. At other airports you will typically go to a handling agent outside the actual airport building.
Check-in time
It is important that you are at the meeting place no later than 15 minutes before the plane departs.
Changes
If you want to change a departure time, you must notify Travel Service immediately on tel. +45 7488 6166. We must also be notified if there are any changes to passengers. Minor changes, e.g. to the return time (±30 minutes) may be agreed with the pilots. Significant changes may be agreed with Travel Service or, outside office hours, direct with Air Alsie on tel. +45 7442 9888.
