Newsletter
In the autumn of 2004, PowerLynx, which produces and markets inverters that convert solar energy from direct current to alternating current, began to send out a quarterly newsletter to its partners. Advertising plans and writes all the articles for the newsletter. Translation into English is also taken care of in-house. Furthermore, Advertising is responsible for the rest of production, i.e. layout, typesetting, photography and finalising.
Recruitment newspaper
Human Resources at Danfoss spends a lot of time trying to attract qualified people to the Nordborg area. One of the larger target groups is newly qualified graduates of higher educational establishments, and this is why every quarter a newspaper is brought out with the aim of getting these young people interested in sending an application to Danfoss. The newspaper is also supposed to explain the possibilities that exist, for example, by combining writing a thesis with a period of work at Danfoss. The newspaper is produced by Advertising, which is responsible for deciding the content of the newspaper as well as for writing the articles, choosing the pictures, layouting, typesetting and printing the final product. Since the articles are aimed at young, newly qualified people, they are always written by a part-time Advertising employee who is also a university student and has already completed at least a B.A. in Danish or Communication. In other words, the articles are written by young people for young people. |
