G1 Advertising A few examples of trade fair stands

Euro Shop, Dusseldorf 2005
Advertising was responsible for the development of the total concept from idea to all the practical applications. The idea of using a huge ice-cream cone came from the fact that one of the elements to be displayed at the fair was a 12-volt ice box powered by solar energy and developed by Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. To maintain the creative style whilst focusing on cooling elements, an “Italian ice bar” was chosen as the overall theme. The actual exhibition stand was 176 m², and it took five days to assemble it with both a soundproofed room for teaching and a fully integrated kitchen containing everything from toilet soap and kitchen roll to water connection and microwave oven.

Internationale Sanitär und Heizung (ISH), Frankfurt 2005
The stand is an example of how to reuse an old concept simply by adding new lighting, signage and a café area. The stand was 800 m², of which 600 m² had been elevated with parquet flooring so that the stand appeared to be on two levels. The material alone filled up four lorry trailers and it took nine days to build the stand, although only four to disassemble it. The stand was developed for Danfoss Heating.

Travelling hydraulics exhibition, Munich 2005
The exhibition started in Milan and closed in Munich. It was decided to build the stand in wooden coffers so that it could be taken apart, transported and reassembled quickly. It’s also flexible, so it can be used for stands varying in size from 20 to 54 m². The exhibition stand was taken down in Paris and three weeks later it was open again in Munich. Advertising's Exhibition Department developed the concept, designed the materials and built the stand. The stand was made for IC Hydraulic.

Danske Emballage Dage, Herning
This exhibition stand was created using the customer's own design preferences. Since the stand was meant to be eye-catching, special colours were chosen. For the same reason lighting was set up on a lattice bridge with the intention of creating real contrasts. The stand itself was 99 m², and it took one and a half days to build. The exhibition stand was made for ScanPackaging.
